HOT BEVERAGE CART

Our hot beverage party cart! – the perfect choice for hot drinks at your event. Enjoy the amazing smell of freshly brewed coffee or treat yourself to our rich and velvety hot chocolate. We’ll bring the skill of a barista to your wedding, corporate events, or any get-together, making sure everyone has a fantastic and unforgettable time.

  • Delivery & Travel

    Travel / setup fee based on your destination. If you are outside of the Tucson area, we charge $0.85 per mile round trip. We are happy to travel anywhere in Arizona for your event. Please contact us for more information.

  • Setup

    We ask for 30-60 minutes prior to your event for access. More elaborate décor might need 90 minutes. Setup and takedown are part of our packages. Additionally, we package any leftovers for you to enjoy after the event.

  • Secure Your Date

    To secure your date, a 50% deposit is needed along with a signed agreement form. The deposit will apply towards your final invoice. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Payment plans can be arranged.

  • Requirements

    Our Party Carts requires a 6' x 8' operating space. For bigger packages with added décor, allocate an10'x10' space. Please ensure power access within 15 feet for some party carts and elevator availability for upper floors (as needed).

  • What's Included

    All Party Carts include a custom menu to match your theme or colors. All Party Carts come with 1 or more attendants depending on size of your party

  • Enhancements

    We offer customizable enhancements to our carts, ensuring they perfectly match your event's theme and style. Cart branding, custom cups, custom plasticware, cart decor, umbrella options, lighting and ambiance, staff attire, menu personalization, themed accessories and eco-friendly options.

All Party Carts include a custom menu to match your theme. but you’re also welcome to add your own decor to match your event’s theme or we can provide for you. We offer balloon garlands, banners, fresh florals and more.

It’s best to book your party cart as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for peak event seasons.

We serve Tucson, Arizona and it’s surrounding cities. We will travel within 100 miles of Tucson. Please check with us to confirm availability in your area.

Is there a minimum guest requirement for renting a party cart?

We can cater to events of various sizes, but the minimum guest requirement is 30 for most carts. 

What is the cancellation policy for party cart rentals?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rental duration and the proximity to the event date. Please contact us for specific details.

Are there any additional charges besides the rental fee?

Additional charges may apply for extra services, extra decor or mileage fees if the event is outside our standard service area. We will discuss all costs with you upfront

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. We’ll provide payment details during the booking process. We also offer payment plans if needed.
