Frequently Asked Questions
First, it depends what type of fondue you’re using. If you’re using chocolate, the chocolate is melted and kept warm in a basin. Next, an auger inside a cylinder, transports the chocolate to the top tier located at the center of the fountain. As the chocolate fills the top tier, it spills over and cascades down to the next tier, which is slightly larger. This process repeats until all the tiers are covered with a continuous flow of chocolate, creating several “curtains” of chocolate for the guests to enjoy dipping. Throughout the entire process, the chocolate remains fluid due to the fountain’s ability to keep it in a liquid form and maintain a consistent temperature.
For Nacho and Chamoy Fountains, the process is the same as the Chocolate Fountain. For the Ranch Dressing Fountain, the heating element will be turned off.
We supply enough chocolate or other fondue for the number of guests catered for at your event. Additional chocolate, etc can be added when required
For our Lil Dipper Pak and Lil Dipper Double Pak, we provide the fountain(s), chocolate or other choice, skewers, and 2 bags of a free dipping item for each fountain. Our Lil Dipper Deluxe Pak include all the above plus the dipping items, bowls and table decorations (you may wish to provide color coordinated table decorations) and either one or two uniformed operators if requested. We will of course discuss any further requirements.
If requested, we are happy to package any remaining chocolate in plastic containers provided by you. Additionally, any untouched dipping foods will also be left behind. It is our policy to never reuse the chocolate ourselves.
No. We never add any oil to our chocolate.
Using the chocolate fountain outdoors is not recommended, unless it is placed under a covered marquee. This is due to the fact that the chocolate must be kept at a constant temperature, and exposure to the outdoor environment may attract flying insects. Furthermore, the fountain is not suitable for use in windy conditions
For our chocolate fountain to operate safely, we require a sturdy table with a minimum diameter of 4 feet for round tables or a length of 6 feet for rectangular tables, capable of supporting a weight of 80 kilograms. Additionally, we need access to a 13-amp power supply nearby and adequate lighting for the immediate area. If you prefer linen that is not black or white, please ensure that it is color-coordinated with the event. We also require ample time for setup, dismantling of the fountain, and cleaning up the area afterwards
Our ability to operate depends on the venue. We can typically operate in most venues and hotels that have an in-house or exclusive provider/vendor, but we recommend that you check with your venue before booking with us. The provision of dipping items may also depend on the venue, as they often prefer to provide these items themselves. In some cases, they may prefer to book our services directly. It is worth noting that a large percentage of our clients are caterers, venues, and other event-related service providers. Therefore, we encourage you not to lose hope until we have conducted our due diligence.
To secure the Fountain for your event, we require a reservation, a signed contract, and a $50 deposit at the time of booking. Please note that reservations are limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. The balance of your payment must be settled in full at least 3 days prior to your event date. We take exceptions for last minute reservations

We adhere to all food handling specifications and take great care to sanitize our fountains and its components after washing. Our fountains are well-maintained and are considered to be the best in the business. We are dedicated to providing a safe and hygienic environment for your guests to enjoy the fountain experience. Therefore, we strongly encourage customers to observe the following guidelines:
- Use a separate food skewer for each dipping item. No exceptions, as double-dipping is not permitted.
- Guests are not allowed to touch the dipping items or chocolate with their hands to prevent the spread of germs.
