  • Delivery & Travel

    If you are outside of the Tucson area, a delivery fee can apply. We will travel anywhere in Arizona for your special event, . Extra charges may apply and will depend on mileage and time to travel to location. Please contact us for more information.

  • Customization

    We give you the power to design your own cart decorations, choose your favorite toppings and flavors – whether organic or traditional. You can even opt for custom cotton candy cones and select straws, sticks and more. Share your event's theme, colors, and budget, and watch us tailor our services to fit your vision!

  • Deposit

    To secure your date, a 50% deposit is needed, applied towards your final invoice. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

  • Requirements

    Our Luxe Cart requires a 4'x6' operating space for our Spinning Artist. All decorations, machine, and supplies will fit within. For bigger packages with added décor, allocate an 8'x8' space. Please ensure power access within 15 feet and elevator availability for upper floors (as needed).

  • Setup

    We ask for 30 minutes prior to your event for access. More elaborate décor might need 60 minutes beforehand. Setup and takedown are part of our packages, with no extra charges or fees for this time.

  • Event Planners

    We're thrilled to collaborate with your event planner, wedding planner, vendors, and venue. Just connect us with them, and we'll handle the rest to ensure a seamless and successful event or occasion

At BAJA MAMAS, we go the extra mile by providing skilled on-site attendants who expertly spin and craft fresh, airy cotton candy in an exciting array of colors and flavors. It’s a sensory journey that’s bound to thrill the taste buds and the imagination.

But that’s not all – we’re all about customization! We present three distinct packages, each open to personalized tweaks with additional toppings and enhancements. This means you have the creative freedom to tailor the cotton candy experience to perfectly match the ambiance and preferences of your event. The Details

You can sit back and relax knowing that we've got your event covered! Our team arrives 30-45 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up and begin spinning our fluffy Cotton Candy, so you can enjoy a stress-free experience.

Pricing

Cotton Candy Cart starts with a party of 25 or more. Price will depend on your selections, enhancements and amount of people.

What's Included

Service for 50 - 200 guests, cart and umbrella selection, serving attendant(s), Travel up to 30 miles from Tucson, AZ (Additional travel fee will be applied if further than 30 miles)

Serving Time

We offer 2 - 3 HOURS of serving time with 1-2 professional attendant(s)
