  • Delivery & Travel

    If you are outside of the Tucson area, a delivery fee can apply. We will travel anywhere in Arizona for your special event, . Extra charges may apply and will depend on mileage and time to travel to location. Please contact us for more information.

  • Branding

    Craft a cart that's a true reflection of your style and taste. From salt & sugar rimmers to garnishes, and flavors that range from organic delights to classic favorites, we've got it all covered. Share your event's theme, colors, and budget, and we'll tailor our services to fit your vision!

  • Deposit

    To secure your date, a 50% deposit is needed, applied towards your final invoice. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

  • Requirements

    Our Frosé Party Cart requires a 4'x6' operating space for our attendant All decorations, machine, and supplies will fit within. For bigger packages with added décor, allocate an 8'x8' space. Please ensure power access within 15 feet and elevator availability for upper floors (as needed).

  • Setup

    We ask for 60 minutes prior to your event for access. More elaborate décor might need 90 minutes beforehand. Setup and takedown are part of our packages, with no extra charges or fees for this time.

  • Event Planners

    We're thrilled to collaborate with your event planner, wedding planner, vendors, and venue. Just connect us with them, and we'll handle the rest to ensure a seamless and successful event or occasion

At BAJA MAMAS, we bring the icy party to you. Our experts whip up a variety of frosty drinks in amazing colors and flavors, right before your eyes. It’s like a show and a treat rolled into one, making your event super special.

And there’s a cherry on top – we want it to be just the way you like it! We offer different enhancements to pick from, and you can even customize the flavors, garnishes, personalize our cart, etc. This means your drinks match your event perfectly and make everyone smile.

The Details

You can sit back and relax knowing that we've got your event covered! Our team arrives 60-90 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up and begin making your frozen delights, so you can enjoy a stress-free experience.

Pricing

On-Site Frosé Party Cart starts with a group of 25 or more. Price will depend on your selections, enhancements and amount of people.

What's Included

Service for 50 - 200 guests, cart and umbrella selection, serving attendant(s), Travel up to 30 miles from Tucson, AZ (Additional travel fee will be applied if further than 30 miles)

Serving Time

We offer 2 - 3 HOURS of serving time with 1-2 professional attendant(s)
