We manufacturer a high quality line of Gourmet Drink Mixes which are all natural, preservative free and have no added colors or flavorings. Our mixes are made using only the freshest citrus juices, fresh fruit purees and fruit juices available. Our mixes are made just days, sometimes hours before your event. We also offer Slush and Smoothie mixes.

Our Gourmet Drink Mixes make 60 – 8oz drinks. Our Slush Mixes make 80-90 8oz drinks. From our experience, about half of your guests will drink frozen drinks, while the other half will drink whatever else is available. If you are serving other alcoholic beverages, we recommend making one batch for every 25-30 guests.
The eight ounce cups that we provide are the best size to use. With a larger cup, the drink will become warm before your guest finishes; consequently, you’ll find many guests pouring it out and refilling. Also, using larger cups causes the machine to have to take longer to freeze in between servings.
Certaintly! All of our All-Natural Gourmet Drink Mixes, Slush Mixes and Smoothie Mixes can be mixed with or without alcohol.
Running out of mix, by far! Please don’t forget to order extra mixes; remember – you only pay for what you use.
YOU DON’T – WE DO! Leave the dirty work to us. When you are finished with your party, just turn off the machine, drain any left over if you want to keep it for later and leave it alone. We’ll pick it up at the agreed time and clean it. It’s all included in the rental price.
We drop it off the day of the party and pick it up the next day at the agreed time. Although, if you need it picked up that same evening, we can arrange for that as well. If you need it longer, please let us know when you make your reservation and we will quote you an extended rental rate. Please note that overnight rentals do not mean the rental is for 24 hours
For our standard 1 hopper machines, the first batch will typically freeze in about 30 minutes; outdoors, on a warm day, it may take up to an hour, but if you have cold water and place the alcohol in the freezer, the time will significantly be reduced. Also, there is no waiting between batches because you add to the top of the reservoir when the mix-low light comes on. Our Double Bowl Machines can take about 60 – 90 minutes to freeze and not ideal to refill
When you place a reservation online, we observe the start time of your event and determine the appropriate delivery time according to that days delivery schedule. Our policy is usually to delivery approximately 1-2 hours before your event time. Although, you may request a delivery time that suits your schedule and we will try our best to accomodate. We will call you the day before your event to confirm your delivery.
First of all, when we arrive, we need to speak with someone who will be resposible for the operation of the machine. Secondly, we need the liquor for your first batch of drinks. One of our friendly staff members will make your first batch, make sure the machine is set up and working properly, show you how to operate the machine and leave you with laminated writ ten operating instructions, along with our 24-hour support phone numbers.
Our machine will need a dedicated 15-amp outlet 115 volt circuit, with no other electrical devices or appliances using the same circuit. The machine should be located near the electrical outlet, but if not possible, we will provide you with the proper extension cord (12 gauge). Please plan on the machine being no more that 25 feet from the outlet.
Our basic recipe is a 1.75 liter bottle of alcohol for the first batch whether it be tequila, vodka, rum, or whisky.
If the machine is going to be outdoors, please place in a shaded area out of direct sunlight. During warmer months we recommend that the machine be located indoors for the best results. Since Tucson is known for its heat, if it’s expected to reach 85 F degrees, it is mandatory that the machine be located indoors.
