PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION - You must check all boxes in order to proceed.*

Frozen Drink Machines require a 115V dedicated 15 amp circuit EACH in order to operate properly. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LOCATE THE PROPER OUTLET FOR EACH MACHINE. Dedicated outlet, meaning no other large appliance plugged into same circuit or outlet. -- TWO MACHINES cannot share the same outlet or same circuitWe will provide a 12 gauge electrical cord if needed. Machine must be located within 25 feet. USE EXTENSION CORDS PROVIDED BY BAJA MAMAS ONLY. DO NOT USE SURGE PROTECTORS or PLUG INTO A GENERATORDo not place the machine under direct sunlight, it must be in a shaded area if located outside.If the temperature is over 85 degrees, please plan to have the machine located indoors. We will not setup the machine outdoors when its this hot as it can cause damage to the machine.It takes approximately 20-30 minutes for the machine to properly freeze if located indoors. There is no refreezing time with any additional batches you make, we'll show you how. -- The Double Barrel Machine can take up to 1.5 hours to freeze.ONLY PRODUCTS FROM BAJA MAMAS ARE TO BE USED IN THE FROZEN DRINK MACHINE TO AVOID ANY DAMAGES TO The MACHINEWe manufacturer a high quality line of Premium Drink Mixes and Purees which are All- Natural, Preservative Free and have No Added Colors or Flavorings. All of our mixes are Non-Alcoholic.IF YOU'RE USING ALCOHOL, You will a need a 1.75 liter bottle of ALCOHOL for the Free Mix that comes with your order. - Please make sure to have this available when the delivery driver arrives. You can put the alcohol in the freezer to speed up the freezing process.All of our Frozen Drink Machines are tested before your delivery. If you're having problems with the machine and it's not freezing, 99% of the time it's usually due to the power connection. We will go over the issues over the phone with you first, and determine the problem before we send out one of our team members.We’ll deliver the machine and set it up at least 1-2 hours before your party starts.
